International Orders
If you have live outside the UK and have placed an order in the last day or two, there may be a delay with shipping or delivery. Here's why - ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL EXPORT SERVICES Royal Mail is experiencing severe service disruption to our international export services following a cyber incident. We are temporarily unable to despatch items to overseas destinations. We strongly recommend that you temporarily hold any export mail items while we work to resolve the issue. Items that have already been despatched may be subject to delays. We would like to sincerely apologise to impacted customers for any disruption this incident is causing.

Merry Christmas!
Although our shop remains open online to take orders, our office is closed from 10am Christmas Eve (UK time) until 4th January and any orders placed between those times may not be posted out until 4th. So today is your last chance to order Chrissies calendar for January 1st!

Airmail Service Resumed
The airmail suspension has been lifted on most countries, so normal service is resumed (though delivery may be a little slower than normal). Our backlog of orders has now gone out in the post. Happy New Year!

Airmail Services Suspended
If you live outside the UK and have placed an order in the last day or two, unfortunately we aren’t going to be able to post this out until the current air traffic situation is resolved, as all airmail services are suspended at the moment. UK postage is also on hold due to local postal workers staffing problems. Even if this is resolved in the next day or two, there is a huge backlog of Christmas mail to clear before things are back to normal and we don’t want your orders sitting under a pile of other mail. Chances are it would get lost or damaged and most certainly delayed. If we don’t hear from you we will keep hold of your order here, ready to go when the situation has eased. If you would prefer a full refund and cancellation of your order please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can with confirmation. Thanks for your patience, understanding and support in these difficult times. We wish you all a peaceful Christmas and here’s to a much better 2021. We hope to be able to see you at a live gig soon!

Deliveries During The Covid 19 Pandemic

We remain open during the current viral crisis, as we are able to work in a safe environment and without customer contact. 

Our delivery times may be a lot longer than usual because are less flights going outside the UK and the postal services are struggling to cope with reduced staffing and increased online purchases. Please allow a bit of extra time before emailing us if your order has not arrived by the time you think it should. Some mail has taken up to 16 days to reach a UK address, so packages going outside the UK could take much longer.

You can now find Chrissie's book 'Reckless' available from us in several languages or on audio discs, which are fabulous for listening to in the car. We have copies translated into Danish, Finnish, German, Spanish or Dutch. Find yours here

Brandaid news!

You can now preorder the coolest t shirt in town, featuring the lineup of both The Pretenders and Suede and with a concert date and venue back print. These were designed especially for the concert to raise funds for our dear friend and crew member John Brandham who recently suffered a stroke. You can opt for postage out in early November or collection from the venue on the night of the concert (in which case you should have a ticket ordered). Order yours here

Finding Something In Your Size

Did you know that you can type your size into the search bar at the top of the page, and all stock in your size (unless we've recently sold out), will pop up for you. This saves a lot of time scrolling through every item trying to find something in your size. It helps if you know your rough size (try checking one t shirt for a guide), and also typing in the fit you prefer e.g. classic fit or ladies fitted. This link shows anything we have available in 'classic fit large'

Merry Christmas!
All our orders are now out in the post, and the post office is now closed until 28th. Due to the backlog of post at the sorting office at this time of year, you are advised to wait a week or so before placing any more orders in the shop. Grandslam Tour 2018

Tickets for the groundbreaking Grandslam tour are available to order from us. The Pretenders will be playing at some awesome UK venues this summer, along with Simple Minds and KT Tunstall. We have tickets for all venues except Leeds, which are available from Ticketmaster.

All tickets will be posted out around 2 - 3 weeks before the concerts and we will email you before they're posted.

Our shipping costs depend on the weight of the item you’re buying. Once you’re registered (first time shoppers), or logged in (returning customers) you can add items to the cart to see the exact cost. You can take them out again before committing to buy.

We ship all over the world and all currencies are converted at the secure payment site.
